摘要: Nephrotoxicity induced by chlorpyrifos-ethyl (CE) and ameliorating effects of melatonin vitamin E plus C were evaluated in rats exposed to CE. Experimental groups as follows: control (C), CE treated (CE), (Vit), (Mel), (Vit+CE), (Mel+CE). The the CE, Vit+CE Mel+CE administered orally with two equal doses 41 mg/kg body weight (0.25 LD50). Melatonin vitamins administrated intramuscularly at 10, 150 200 mg/kg, respectively. levels thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) antioxidant potential (AOP), activities glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx), catalase (CAT) superoxide dismutase (SOD) studied homogenates kidney tissue.
