摘要: The thickness vibrations of an infinite anisotropic plate with electrodes coated on both surfaces are investigated using the linear piezoelectric equations. In general, three fundamental solutions differential equations found to couple at traction‐free plate. solution reduces well‐known uncoupled for purely elastic case when constants zero. transcendental equation which determines resonant frequencies is derived. theory applied a ferroelectric ceramic in two special cases: one polarized direction, and other its plane. either these cases, uncouple.
