摘要: In order to investigate the influence of continuous alkylamide sequence having pH sensitive unit on temperature sensitivity poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm)-based hydrogel, a monomer, N-(2-(dimethylamino) ethyl)-methacrylamide (DMAEMA), an ethylamide group as well aliphatic tertiary amino group, was designed and synthesized. Hydrogels based NIPAAm DMAEMA were prepared via free radical polymerization. The resulted P(NIPAAm-co-DMAEMA) hydrogels characterized in terms maximum swelling ratio, kinetics, response effect pH. data obtained show that novel have strong desire respond external stimuli. Importantly, because containing isopropylamide pendant groups from PNIPAAm PDMAEMA, incorporation moiety not only provides sensitivity, but also maintains thermal properties hydrogels, even molar percentage reaches 14 mol%.
