摘要: Abstract Early embryonic mortality postbreeding is a major contributing factor to impaired reproductive performance in the dairy cow and limiting maintaining compact calving period herd. The objectives of these experiments were (1) measure effect intrauterine transfer bovine trophoblast vesicles (bTV) during dioestrus on luteal function cows (2) identify if there was an postpartum interval pregnancy rate response bTV between 5 7 days after artificial insemination (Al). In Experiment 1, 36 allocated for three ( n = 18) or carrier medium ipsilateral uterine horn Day oestrous cycle. 11, 410 calved ⩽ 55 at random 205) vehicle 5–7 AI. III, > receive as II. I, mean interoestrous 21.4 ± 0.63 receiving not different P 0.10) from 21.1 0.66 controls. Similarly, serum progesterone concentrations cycle affected by transfer. II, 43.4% (89/205) greater than 51.7% (105/205) summary, did extend interval, increased rates bred early period, but beyond postpartum.
