摘要: Abstract In order to determine the profile of arachidonic acid (AA) metabolites synthesized by bovine embryos during early developmental stages, collected from superovulated beef cattle (days 6 through 17) were incubated with AA and its analyzed high performance liquid chromatography radioimmunoassay (RIA). Embryos harvested cultured before day 12 estrous cycle metabolized primarily prostaglandin E 2 (PGE ), whereas, those on 13 both PGE PGF α. Furthermore, after 15 PGI in addition view luteotropic properties that have been attributed vasodilatory effect , this transitional change synthesis stages embryonic development may be a part mechanism which embryo exerts leading maternal recognition pregnancy conceptus begins preparing for subsequent implantation.
