Moderne Verfahren in der operativen Myokardrevaskularisation

摘要: C irca 54 000 operative Myokardrevaskularisationen wurden im Jahr 2005 in Deutschland durchgefuhrt. Seit 2000 zeigt sich jedoch ein rucklaufiger Trend (Grafik 1). Grund hierfur ist vor allem die zunehmende Tendenz, koronare Herzerkrankung (KHK) interventionell mittels perkutaner Ballonangioplastie (PTCA) und/oder Stent-Implantation zu therapieren. Ziel dieser Arbeit es, einen Uberblick uber modernen operativen Therapieverfahren zur Behandlung der KHK, auf dem Boden einer selektiven Literaturaufarbeitung, geben. Bewusst wird Ubersichtsarbeit nicht zum Teil kontroverse Diskussion interventionellen Therapie KHK mit medikamenten-beschichteten Stents (DES = drug eluting stents) eingegangen.
