摘要: The study was undertaken to evaluate the 3-year outcome of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) involving use radial (RA) in comparison with left internal mammary (LIMA) and saphenous vein (SV) grafts by using 16-slice multidetector computed tomography (MDCT). Fifty-one underwent electrocardiogram (ECG)-gated 16-MDCT 32±4 months after surgery. A total 50 LIMA grafts, 55 SV 51 RA were studied. Approximately 68.6% or RAs free, 21.5% sequential 9.8% composite. Grade 0 defined as complete patency, grade 1 focal stenosis (>70%) 2 graft occlusion. Fisher exact test used analyse variables (p<0.05 significant). Concordance between readers for detection patency calculated κ-value. had best rate (94.0%), followed (83.6%) (74.5%). Regarding RA, territory 79.4% circumflex (LCX), 72.7% anterior descending (LAD) 50% right (RCA); occlusion 20.0% among free 18.2% composite grafts. κ-value 0.86. Sixteen-slice MDCT scanners enable accurate analysis CABG status are a useful noninvasive diagnostic tool midterm clinical follow-up who have undergone RA.
