摘要: Abstract Exogenous arachidonic acid does not stimulate insulin release in Ca ++ -containing medium, but a potent effect was unmasked by extracellular depletion. This secretion met several criteria of exocytotic release. It did require the oxygenation arachidonate or its esterification into islet membranes, potentiated presence 16.7mM glucose such that 33μM could reverse inhibitory effects removal on glucose-induced secretion. Arachidonic alone stimulated rise intracellular concentrations dispersed cells (measured fura-2 technique) equal to induced normal medium. may be critical coupling signal islets.
