摘要: We have compared localized (LAR) and systemic (SAR) acquired resistance induced in tobacco by a hypersensitive response (HR) inducing Phytophthora megasperma glycoprotein elicitin. Three different zones were taken into account: LAR, SART SARS. The LAR zone was 5–10 mm wide surrounded the HR lesion. tissue of elicitor-treated leaf immediately beyond zone. called Glycoprotein-treated plants showed enhanced to challenge infection mosaic virus (TMV). Disease similar SARS, higher LAR. expression pattern, glycoprotein-treated plants, acidic basic PR1, PR2, PR3 PR5 proteins O-methyltransferases (OMT), enzymes phenylpropanoid pathway, that TMV-infected plants. OMT stimulated but not four classes PR accumulated strongly Reduced amounts only minute PR2 In SAR transgenic NahG ETR treated with inhibitors salicylic acid accumulation ethylene biosynthesis indicated acid-dependent signalling pathway for isoform activation an ethylene-dependent activation.
