摘要: We have compared localized (LAR) and systemic (SAR) acquired resistance induced in tobacco by a hypersensitive response (HR) inducing Phytophthora megasperma glycoprotein elicitin. Three different zones were taken into account: LAR, SART SARS. The LAR zone was 5–10 mm wide surrounded the HR lesion. tissue of elicitor-treated leaf immediately beyond zone. called Glycoprotein-treated plants showed enhanced to challenge infection mosaic virus (TMV). Disease similar SARS, higher LAR. expression pattern, glycoprotein-treated plants, acidic basic PR1, PR2, PR3 PR5 proteins O-methyltransferases (OMT), enzymes phenylpropanoid pathway, that TMV-infected plants.
