摘要: Serial coronal or sagittal sections were stained for myelin and examined in 6 inbred, 4 hybrid, 2 outbred mouse strains. Absent corpus callosum was seen only BALB/cJ as reported by Wimer, but a wide range of the size also noted. The action major gene not evident backcross F2 generations; polygenic perhaps epistatic inheritance indicated. In A/J, to lesser extent A/HeJ BALB/cJ, columns fornix frequently collided with anterior commissure either passed around it make normal termination deflected dorsally an abnormal lateral septum. some brains instead displaced behind through fornix. Backcross data suggested that genetic variation affected spatio-temporal coordination ontogeny two tracts. Finally, unusual longitudinal bundles detected septal region BALB/cJ. Results crosses consistent hypothesis single, incompletely dominant acting, further study both anatomy heredity defect deemed necessary.
