摘要: Abstract Optical data collected between 1973 and 1979 are utilized to study spectral attenuation irradiance in the midlake waters of four Laurentian Great Lakes. Particular attention is given photosynthetic available radiation (PAR), its incident distribution, attenuation, qualitative change with depth. Curves shown illustrating these properties as well relationships PAR usable (PUR) for each lakes. These curves, along included mathematical relationships, enable quantitative estimates be obtained PAR, subsurface PUR, information on levels
