摘要: Abstract In efforts to investigate the influence of surface texturing on Si3N4/TiC ceramic, laser (LST) was performed ceramic by an Nd:YAG and different geometrical characteristics regular-arranged micro-grooved textures were fabricated surfaces. The tribological properties textured smooth samples investigated carrying out sliding wear tests against steel balls under dry condition using a ball-on-disk tribometer. Effect stress distribution studied finite element method (FEM). Results show that surfaces exhibited lower friction coefficient excellent anti-wear compared with depended greatly size density micro-grooves, have significant effect behavior. Among patterns investigated, wavy-grooved exhibit lowest rate; large texture may be best for reduction samples. While, rate is larger than FEM results can improve contact interfaces reduce concentration.
