摘要: The effect of osmotic pressure on the structure large uni-lamellar vesicle (LUV) lipid mixtures monosialoganglioside (GM1)-cholesterol-dioleoyl-phosphatidylcholine (DOPC) was studies by using wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) method. molar ratios were 0.1/0.1/1, 0/0.1/1, and 0/0/1. ternary mixture is a model rafts. value varied from 0 to 4.16×105 N/m2 adding polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in range 25 % w/v. In case without GM1, rise just enhances multi-lamellar stacking with deceasing inter-lamellar spacing. On other hand, containing GM1 shows structural transition double-layered (a liposome including smaller one inside) pressure. this morphology total surface area mostly as same that LUV at initial state. polar head region bulky highly hydrophilic due oligosaccharide chain sialic acid residue. Then, present results suggest existence outer-leaflet essentially important for such formation. Alternatively, phenomenon similar an endo- and/or exocytosis cells can be caused simply variation
