摘要: Objective To review available evidence about the effectiveness of alternative therapies for nausea and vomiting pregnancy. Data Sources MEDLINE 13 additional US international data bases were searched in 1996–1997 papers that described use medicine treatment pregnancy complications, specifically those addressing nausea, vomiting, hyperemesis. Bibliographies retrieved reviewed to identify sources. Methods Study Selection All relevant English language clinical research reviewed. Randomized trials nonpharmaceutical nondietary interventions chosen detailed review. Tabulation, Integration, Result Ten randomized studying effects acupressure, ginger, pyridoxine on Evidence beneficial was found these three interventions, although acupressure are equivocal. Insufficient benefits hypnosis. Other have not been studied. Conclusion There is a dearth support or refute efficacy number common remedies The best-studied remedy which may afford relief many women; ginger vitamin B6 also be beneficial.
