摘要: Background: Cell proliferation plays an important morphogenetic role. This work analyzes the temporal–spatial organization of cell as attempt to understand its contribution chick optic tectum (OT) morphogenesis. Results: A model based on space-dependent differences in is presented. Step1: a medial zone high mitotic density (mZHMD) appears at caudal zone. Step2: mZHMD expands cephalically forming dorsal curvature and then duplicates into two bilateral ZHMDs (bZHMD). Step3: bZHMDs move toward central region each hemitectum. Step4: planar expansion both bZHMD relative decrement midline growth produces groove separating tectal hemispheres. Step5: displacement OT curvature. Numerical sequences derived from records cells spatial coordinates, analyzed stochastic point processes, show that they correspond 1/f(β) processes. The subsumes deterministic components. Conclusions: component describes presence long-range influence installs asymmetric distribution proliferation, i.e., asymmetrically located ZHMD print onto corticogenesis. reveals short-range anti-correlations reflecting clusterization synchronization between neighboring cells.
