摘要: Abstract Escape rate in the low-to-intermediate damping connecting low with intermediate is established for power-law distribution on basis of flux over population theory. We extend escape to damping, and get an expression distribution. Then we apply experimental study excited-state isomerization, show a good agreement value. The extra current improvement absorbing boundary condition are discussed.
