摘要: A controller for combined parallel- and series-connected IGBT modules is reported. An advanced system state classification applied to allow real-time reconfiguration of the local structure. Thereby, a new scheme controlling rate increase collector current introduced. globally synchronous sampling time synchronizing multiple derived locally. This avoids need high timing resolution in optical links.
