摘要: A cDNA library from mink spleen was constructed by use of the phage λgt11. The screened using polyvalent serum raised against immunoglobulin λ chain. As a result, several clones expressing light chains were identified. Sequencing one with an 803 bp insert performed. comprised nearly entire coding region for mature gene exception leader polypeptide and amino acids RF1 V segment. Compared rabbit, mouse human genes, homology cloned sequence found to be highest relative rabbit gene. With containing C-region only as probe, DNAs mink-Chinese hamster hybrid studied. results segregation analysis this chromosomes in clone panel allowed us assign constant (IGLC) Chromosome (Chr) 4.
