摘要: Colloidal nanocrystals (NCs) have emerged as promising materials in optoelectronic devices and biological imaging application due to their tailorable properties through size, shape, composition. Among these NCs, metal phosphide is an important class, parallel with chalcogenide. In this review, we summarize the recent progress regarding chemical synthesis applications of colloidal NCs. As most indium (InP) NCs been intensively investigated because low toxicity, wide tunable emission range from visible near-infrared region. Firstly, give a brief overview synthetic strategies InP highlighting benefit employing zinc precursors reaction additive importance different phosphorus improve quality terms size distribution, quantum yield, stability, non-blinking behavior. Next, discuss additional techniques overcome issues lattice mismatch core/shell by constructing intermediate layer between or designing shell gradient composition radial direction. We also envision future research directions The other such II-V (Cd3P2, Zn3P2) transition phosphides (Cu3P, FeP) subsequently introduced. finally potential photovoltaics, light-emitting diodes, lithium ion battery. An several key based on provided at end.
