摘要: Carcinoma of the cervix accounts for approximately 20% all gynecologic cancers and 2% malignancies in women. Numerous prognostic factors have been studied patients with cervical carcinoma, using both univariate multivariate analysis. Differences endpoints analysis, whether survival (disease-free or overall), relapse-free rate, local control make comparison such studies difficult. The failure to perform a use different covariates analyses, can further complicate comparisons between studies. Not are relevant patients; example, depth tumor invasion presence vascular-space only be reliably determined treated surgery, whereas hemoglobin level is important radiation. This review concentrates largely on those identified techniques, as log rank Cox regression order account interactions various factors. Where available, estimates hazard ratios will included indicate strengths individual variables. Keywords: TNM; tumor size; histological subtype; depth stromal invasion; capillary lymphatic-space invasion; parametrial extent; pelvic sidewall involvement; hemoglobin; radiotherapy duration; radiation dose; use brachytherapy; concurrent cisplatin
