摘要: Hexagonal cylindrical InP nanowires with a wurtzite structure were fabricated by selective-area metalorganic vapor-phase epitaxy (SA-MOVPE). The microcavity modes and waveguides in investigated photoluminesence (PL) spectra. Optical mode analysis for different lengths reveals the axial Fabry−Perot cavity nanowires, which formed between two end facets of nanowires. In addition, T-branch subwavelength guiding optical coupling observed.
