摘要: Abstract Capillarography allows one to form advancing and receding contact angles in a well-controlled way measure those with an accuracy better than ± 0.1°. With this technique, relaxation of contact, angle was observed systems non-zero exhibiting hysteresis. stearic acid monolayers aqueous 10 −4 N H 2 SO 4 solution, hysteresis on glass platinum surfaces which depends the number coatings solid surface. The monolayer-coated surfaces, at constant surface pressure, much greater that uncoated surfaces. experiments suggest slow attainment equilibrium three-phase line (TPL) may be due TPL positions lower energy induced by capillary waves.
