摘要: Pre-mRNA splicing has been shown to occur by a two-step pathway1,2. In the first stage, pre-mRNA is cleaved at 5′ splice site, generating exon RNA species and an composed of intron second (IVS1–exon 2 species). cleavage 3′ site ligation exons occurs, resulting in excision intact intron. The excised IVS1–exon are form lariat which end joined adenosine residue near 2′–5′ phosphodiester bond1–6. Here we show that although does not until stage reaction, least portion consensus sequence necessary for formation. Thus, higher eukaryotes three elements participate initiation reaction: branchpoint,
