摘要: Field studies conducted over a 5 yr period to compare the effect of continuous cropping several potato clones (Butte, Russet Burbank, Targhee, A66107-51, and A68113-4) showed Butte be highly resistant toPratylenchus neglectus while being susceptible toVerticillium dahliae. This was further evidenced during 6th when Burbank cropped all plot-locations. Populations ofP. were shown significantly less (0.05 P) in both soil roots grown sites previously with than site-locations by either A66107–51, or A68113–4. Additional field greenhouse corroborated high degree resistance spp. In addition toP. resistance, investigation also P. penetrans. A study designed effects nematicides that reducedP. populations compared Burbank. reduction equivalent two systemic (aldicarb isofenphos) at 3.4 4.0 kg a.i./ha, respectively. Results demonstrate biological control clone forP. suppression. Although reduced Butte, wilt severity higher suppression andP. treatments nematicide, having no significant on colonization stems byV.
