摘要: An initial density (Pi) of 1,540 Pratylenchus neglectus/kg soil suppressed shoot growth potato, Solanum tuberosum cv. Russet Burbank, in a greenhouse test at 3 weeks. After 6 weeks, weights were reduced by Pi 662 and nematodes/kg soil, the final densities P. neglectus twice respective Pi, numbers nematodes per gram dry root 5,363 7,981. In 1986-88 field microplot experiments with Norchip cultivar, neither nor weight was neglectus. 1986 115 total number tubers plant. 1987 186 marketable 19 25 %, respectively. 1988 1,884 nematodes/ kg 18 19%, nematode population increased 34-fold 27-fold, rose to 21,890/kg midseason, then dropped 4,370/kg harvest. These studies show for first time that reproduces well on potato can cause yield losses. Because its distribution abundance, may be considered an economically important parasite Ontario.
