摘要: Auditory entrainment can influence gait performance in movement disorders. The incite neurophysiological and musculoskeletal changes to enhance motor execution. However, a consensus as its effects based on people with cerebral palsy is still warranted. A systematic review meta-analysis were carried out analyze the of rhythmic auditory cueing spatiotemporal kinematic parameters palsy. Systematic identification published literature was performed adhering Preferred Reporting Items for Reviews Meta-Analyses American Academy Cerebral Palsy Developmental Medicine guidelines, from inception until July 2017, online databases: Web Science, PEDro, EBSCO, Medline, Cochrane, Embase ProQuest. Kinematic evaluated across studies. Of 547 records, nine studies involving 227 participants (108 children/119 adults) met our inclusion criteria. qualitative suggested beneficial among all included revealed dynamic index (Hedge's g=0.9), velocity (1.1), cadence (0.3), stride length (0.5). This first time suggests converging evidence toward application stability article details underlying mechanisms use an efficient home-based intervention. It bridges gaps literature, translational approaches how be incorporated rehabilitation
