摘要: Autoimmune vestibulo-cochlear disorders (AVCD) represent a group of syndromes with overlapping clinical features, manifesting as sensorineural hearing loss, often associated vertigo, tinnitus, and aural fullness, believed to be caused by an autoimmune mechanism. Although definitive evidence classic "autoimmune process" is still lacking, substantial indirect has accumulated strongly indicate such pathogenesis. Rapidly progressing AVCD analogous rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis in that inner ear inflammation progresses severe, irreversible damage within 3 months onset (and much more quickly). Thus patients are treated sense urgency. Prompt treatment corticosteroids other antirheumatic/immunosuppressive agents can preserve vestibular functions. We not aware any randomized controlled trials evaluating the efficacy AVCD. In this article we review reports various therapies have been tried condition our experience etanercept therapy
