摘要: Abstract A patient with agammaglobulinemia, malabsorption and a rheumatoid-like arthritis is described. The malabsorptive process considered to be etiologically distinct from adult celiac disease because of the patient's failure respond gluten-free diet. In addition, although jejunal biopsy specimen showed absence villi, infiltration inflammatory cells in lamina propria was unusually dense composed almost entirely lymphocytes.
