摘要: The purpose of this prospective randomized study was to compare the postoperative recovery and early results 2 groups patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty: 107 received an established fixed-bearing posterior- stabilized prosthesis (Legacy Posterior Stabilized (LPS)), 103 meniscal-bearing (Meniscal Bearing Knee (MBK)). Surgical procedures were same for both except posterior cruciate ligament management, which sacrificed in LPS group spared but completely released from tibia MBK group. At average follow-up 36 months, knee, function, patellar scores comparable groups. showed a significantly higher maximum flexion than (1128 vs 1088). Using or mobile-bearing design did not seem influence short-term after arthroplasty. Key words: arthroplasty, mobile bearing, prosthesis, stabilized, randomized. n 2005 Published by Elsevier Inc.
