摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes pryridox(al, amine) 5'-phosphate hydrolase from rat liver. The tissue content of pyridoxal may be controlled by the protein binding this coenzyme and its hydrolysis a cellular phosphohydrolase. In human erythrocytes liver, phosphohydrolase activity resides in plasma membranes. methods described apply mainly to phosphate isolated membranes liver butanol solubilized enzyme same source.
