摘要: Abstract T'ai Chi Chuan (TCC) is a widely practiced Chinese martial art said to physically develop balance and coordination as well enhance emotional mental health. TCC consists of series postures combined into sequential movement providing smooth, continuous, low-intensity activity. The purpose this study was examine the ventilatory cardiovascular responses Long Form Yang's style TCC.
