摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess the effect T'ai Chi Chuan training on lateral stability, kinesthetic sense, and strength voluntary knee extension. Subjects consisted 24 naive volunteers (12 men 12 women) between ages 20 45 years. Pre- 12-week posttests included body sense in glenohumeral joint for 30°, 45°, 60°, After pretest data collection, subjects performed three times per week weeks, learning 108 forms Chuan.
