摘要: Zinc oxide-titanium dioxide core-shell nanowire dye-sensitised solar cells have been synthesised, making use of a recently developed organic dye and iodide-based electrolyte. We able to demonstrate cell efficiency 2.53% under AM1.5 for our system. Compared other based on vertically aligned, hydrothermally grown ZnO nanowires, systems comparable architecture, device demonstrates one the highest efficiencies date is due precise control semiconductor's growth high performance incorporated dye. carried out complete morphological analysis fully characterise device.
