摘要: The variation in morphology of zinc oxide when it crystallises is one the fascinating aspects this important semiconductor. Alterations hydrothermal growth conditions can allow synthesis a wide range shapes and structures, including nanowires layered formed via secondary regime but, to date, little work has investigated effect changes have their influence on optical properties. Here, systematic reactants were carried out results studied using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission, cathodoluminescence Raman spectroscopy atomic force microscopy. We demonstrate that choice significant not just morphologies structure, but fundamental properties crystalline state such as alterations into defect states within system. Furthermore, shown be dependent underlying primary morphology, general reaction for laminar are suggested.
