摘要: The phylogenetic interrelationships in Primulaceae, Myrsinaceae, and Theophrastaceae were investigated using DNA sequence data from the chloroplast genes atpB, ndhF, rbcL. three analyzed separately, together, combination with morphology, parsimony jackknifing. are further explored by analyses of first second codon position only, third positions transversions only. results show that all contribute group support to ndhF tree, whereas provide most structure atpB rbcL trees. Analyzed have little structure, they produce a well-resolved tree. We conclude informative robust obtained included tree resulting combined analysis available provides best estimate phylogeny. The Maesa is sister other taxa families. well supported, but both Myrsinaceae Primulaceae paraphyletic. four families should be recognized, Maesaceae, Theophrastaceae, Myrsinaceae. For monophyletic, Samolus was transferred Lysimachia, Anagallis, Trientalis, Glaux, Asterolinon, Pelletiera moved together genera Coris, Ardisiandra, Cyclamen.
