摘要: Most diseases, including breast cancer, require a number of factors before they occur. Breast cancer is thought to arise from series genetic alterations that accumulate in cell during woman's (or man's) life. Some these may be inherited at conception and, therefore, appear virtually all cells the body, but most occur specifically cell(s) later Depending on particular genes and mutations involved, whether are repaired or otherwise corrected, only one both copies gene affected, escape its usual controls become cancer. When more passed down parent offspring over generations, families experience many cases among their members. A systematic investigation causes mortality confirmed family history disease was best predictors; women who died were likely than others have members had been diagnosed with as well. That far science got understanding familial aggregation for several decades, although numerous epidemiologic studies addressed issue increasing sophistication, substituting incidence data data, moving clinical populations general population, analyzing premenopausal postmenopausal separately.
