摘要: Abstract Context.—Estrogen receptor (ER)-negative breast carcinomas are a heterogeneous group of cancers that generally thought to be aggressive. Objective.—To determine the morphologic and immunohistochemical spectrum consecutive series ER-negative carcinomas, in an attempt understand pathogenesis behavior these lesions. Design.—Seventy-four cases invasive were studied. Hematoxylin-eosin–stained sections reviewed, new stained for c-erbB-2, p53, vimentin, androgen prolactin receptors. The findings correlated with axillary lymph node status as measure tumor aggressiveness. Setting.—The histopathology department tertiary referral teaching hospital.
