摘要: Nigeria paper industry has not reached the optimum performance level expected of it by planners despite huge money spent on establishment pulp and mills in country before finally stop production 1994 due to high dependence foreign inputs. This examines problems militating against highlights pathway for promoting optimal capacities locally. Commonly used tree species like Gmelina arborea, Pinus caribaea etc, are threatened rate deforestation increasing demand their wood other economic purposes.
