摘要: Due to the phase modulation is more sensible early local gear faults than amplitude modulation. This paper proposed a new method using demodulation based on resonance band for detection of tooth cracking fault. The scheme fact that crack can excite impacts which will stimulate structural/transducer resonances when cracked engaged. In this scheme, synchronous averaging methods are used eliminate regular signal first. Then, frequency shift pick out harmonics in resonant band. At last, features fault be indicated by harmonics. Simulation studies an effective tool faults.
