摘要: 2-Amino-6-halopurines I (X = halogen) are prepared by hydrolysis of 2-acylamino-6-halopurines II (R , R acyl; H) in the presence an acid or base, and is acylating guanine III to give acylguanine Va Vb V halogenated with a halogenating agent VI II. novel intermediates for synthesis if denote haloacetyl.
