摘要: Abstract The design of a double-beam far-infrared spectrophotometer is described including discussion component selection, choice photometric system, optical arrangement, mechanical construction and the electronic system. basic wavelength range from 667 cm −1 (15 μ) to 50 (200 μ). Spectra are presented illustrating performance
