摘要: The terms 'lichenoid' and 'interface' dermatitis are often used interchangeably to describe an inflammatory pattern characterized histologically by damage the basal keratinocytes in epidermis. mechanism of cell such cells is now best understood as apoptosis, or programmed death. This dermatoses, also accompanied frequently a band lymphocytes histiocytes superficial dermis, that obscures dermal-epidermal junction, hence term 'lichenoid'. A discussion more common lichenoid/interface dermatitides encountered routine clinical practice encompasses following entities: lichen planus, lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, erythema multiforme, graft versus host disease, fixed drug reactions, multiple others.
