摘要: Chronic GVHD (cGVHD) remains one of the most significant complications affecting quality life long-term survivors alloge- neic stem cell transplant (SCT). Recent advancements in SCT, including adoption reduced-intensity conditioning regimens and improvements inpatient supportive care, have yielded dramatic reductions early mortality led to expanding use allogeneic SCT a broader range patients, elderly. In turn, this development has re- sulted growing number who remain free their un- derlying malignancies but require care for complications, cGVHD. cGVHD may protean manifestations pose unique diagnostic therapeutic challenges. To address inconsistencies diagnosis, treatment, cGVHD, experts within community worked develop consensus guidelines; these efforts more precise definitions will facilitate uni- form clinical trials. With an increase survivorship, management patients with is performed as partnership between phy- sicians primary oncologists. This review designed help general oncologists understand current state its patho- genesis treatment. The places particular emphasis on principles governing optimal examines recent recommendations regarding diagnosis by organ system.
