摘要: Axonal growth and the formation of synaptic connections are key steps in development nervous system. Here, we present experimental theoretical results on axonal interconnectivity order to elucidate some basic rules that neuronal cells use for functional with one another. We demonstrate a unidirectional nanotextured surface can bias growth. perform systematic investigation processes asymmetric surfaces quantify role biomechanical cues play These represent an important step towards engineering directed neuro-regeneration studies.
