摘要: Nanotextured polymeric surfaces with inclined rods reveal highly anisotropic properties concerning wetting and adhesion. In this work, we report on the interaction of fibroblast cells these materials. The authors quantified removal adherent from such by a laminar flow. critical shear force needed for cell surface depends inclination direction. Based electron microscopy cross sections deduce that interactions cellular filopodia extending into nanotextured are causing direction depending removal.
