摘要: Degradation and recycling of cured thermosetting epoxy resins are major challenges to the industry. Here, a low-viscosity, degradable epoxy-ended hyperbranched polyester (DEHP) is synthesized by reaction between epichlorohydrin carboxyl-ended (DCHP) obtained from an esterification citric acid maleic anhydride. The chemical structures DCHP DEHP were characterized Fourier transform infrared 1H NMR. has positive effect on reinforcing toughening diglycidyl ether bisphenol-A (DGEBA). With increase in content molecular weight DEHP, mechanical performances DEHP/DGEBA composites, including tensile, flexural, impact strengths, first then decrease. improvements strengths 34.2–43.4%, 35.6–48.1%, 117.9–137.8%, respectively.
