摘要: Abstract To reduce traffic congestion, the Government of Jakarta is planning to implement electronic road pricing (ERP) for commuters who pass through arterial roads in Jakarta’s CBD area. This paper studies implementation ERP, which this study called contribution cost, by utilizing recently introduced alternative choice model approach random regret minimization (RRM). In RRM when deciding, individuals are assumed minimize their anticipated as opposed maximizing utility. A stated preference (SP) survey has been conducted with 507 respondents. Four modes (public transport, park and ride, car, motorcycle) were presented several attributes such travel time, waiting transfer, parking cost. The SP was divided into two parts, part 1 used Model all including 2 only time cost (without costs). total 6003 observations 12 scenarios 1, 4011 8 obtained. Comparing fit prediction accuracy, outperforms 1. Regarding value savings (VTTS), it appears that incorporation (and other attributes) results substantially higher VTTS compared 2. Finally demand elasticities larger than one public ride car time. also show elasticity motorcycle elasticity.
