摘要: Gastric cancer (GC) patients have high mortality due to late-stage diagnosis, which is closely associated with lymph node metastasis. Exploring the molecular mechanisms of lymphatic metastasis may inform research into early diagnostics GC. In present study, we obtained RNA-Seq data from The Cancer Genome Altas and used Limma package identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between metastases non-lymphatic in GC tissues. Then, an elastic net-regularized COX proportional hazard model for gene selection DEGs constructed a regression composed 28-gene signatures. Furthermore, assessed prognostic performance signature by analyzing receive operating characteristic curves. addition, selected PELI2 amongst 28 roles this cells. good was confirmed testing set, also validated GSE66229 dataset. biological experiments showed that could promote growth cells regulating vascular endothelial factor C. Our study indicates identified be considered as sensitive predictive tool
