摘要: A simple and efficient colorimetric method for the naked-eye detection quantification of histidine in biological fluids was developed based on an indicator-displacement assay (IDA) Ni2+–histidine affinity pair. In this IDA approach, a commercially available dye, murexide, used as indicator selective achieved competition between binding with Ni2+. The murexide Ni2+ resulted obvious color change solution from yellow to purple, permitted trace histidine. bioassay allows rapid, sensitive urine samples, does not need complicated sample pretreatment. limit 0.4 μM linear range 2 30 μM. relative standard deviation 11 replicate detections 8 2.0%. sensor successfully applied determination human samples recoveries 97 105%.
