摘要: We described a new ensemble-approach-based chemosensor, NCH-Cu, for highly selective and reversible detection of histidine (His) in aqueous solution live cells. The ligand NCH exhibited specific binding with Cu ions over other metal ions, accompanied 92.2% fluorescence quenching. decomplexation NCH-Cu ensemble by His led to the liberation fluorophore, NCH, thus was recovered. enhancement towards showed good linearity limit at 70 nm. Quantification intracellular single cell level achieved microscopy flow cytometry. Besides UV/Vis emission titration, reversibility further confirmed imaging cytometry analysis. In addition, studies revealed that distributed lysosome cells, where it could be employed as fluorescent biosensor subcellular level.
